Pathway for Engineering (P4E), a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization is dedicated to tackling the significant shortage of engineers, specifically targeting students in underserved communities, by addressing the underlying causes. This involves creating accessible pathways from high school through college.

Our industry collaborators gain access to the next generation of top engineers to bring their companies forward. With P4E, industry leaders build relationships with incoming talent through workshops, seminars, site tours, and internship opportunities. Current partners include Amkor, TSMC, Intel, and Nikon.
